The FJC is hosting a weekly Trauma Support and Empowerment Group in both English and Spanish on Wednesday evenings. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
The groups will be held on a drop-in basis, with an RSVP encouraged but not necessary to attend. Groups will be 12 weeks of content with the ability to drop in at any time.
We welcome all survivors who need a supportive environment to process, learn, support, grow, and heal amongst other survivors. You will learn about trauma, coping, self-care, and more.
